Never works
Highly unreliable, novel and pointlessly complicated login system, the entire app appears to be just a wrapper for a mobile website which is entirely unnecessary. Frequently stalls completely with a loading screen even in the middle of chats. And this is on a pixel 6 nothing unusual.
Complete waste of time. You log into the app to then get a text with a link that takes you to the browser...
It's great just losing internet access all the time why and Facebook keeps getting shut down why

I'm sorry to have to say ,but this app , is the worst I've ever used. I try to log in via sms and or email , I can't log in with either. Vodafone, needs to totally rethink this app , and I think going back to the way it was , is easier to use than this. As much as I like vodafone all in all , even telstra and optus apps are easier to use than this.
why can we not live chat anymore? i don't get enough signal to see a whole phone call through! Vodaphone is by far the worst provider to exist!!!!! i am so done with this! 6 phone calls tonight to try contact my mum, and all failed!!! pick your bloody game up shitaphone
Worst app I have ever known. I still can't recharge through the app. Never opens in a minute. Sometimes takes 2-3mins to open. The app is quite discouraging.
I cannot make login with the app because the link doesn't work even if I received it from email. Before was good but nowadays I cannot use.
Probably the worst app I've ever encountered. Continuously wants you to email or download the app again because it won't login properly. Then when you do, it starts the deathloop all over again. The bill info only updates monthly, so it's just not worth the frustration.
